Asher Lowenstein

Founder and Attorney

With nearly a decade of legal experience, Asher guides families and individuals through estate planning and dispute resolution. He takes time to understand each client’s unique circumstances and goals, and he draws on his experience to anticipate potential problems and structure plans that protect families from costly conflicts. Clients value his close attention to detail and his ability to explain complex legal issues in plain terms, helping them make confident decisions about their families, legacies, and livelihoods.

He has advised clients on a wide range of legal matters, always with a focus on practical solutions that address both immediate needs and long-term goals. After earning his law degree from Harvard Law School, he practiced at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, one of the nation’s leading law firms, and served as a federal judicial law clerk in the Southern District of New York. He later gained additional experience at both international and boutique firms, handling sophisticated disputes and counseling clients through challenging circumstances. By combining this background with a client-centered approach, Asher offers counsel that is both highly skilled and attuned to the delicate nature of family, legacy planning, and dispute resolution.
